Resizing Policy

At Bralux, many of our pieces are handmade or adjusted with care, which allows us to offer a more personal fit than standard ready stock jewelry.

If your item does not fit as expected, our team will help you with the best available resizing or size exchange option.

For Lebanon and Ivory Coast, we offer a hassle free resizing service. In most cases, we can collect the item, adjust it or replace it with the correct size, and send it back to you.

For international orders, including GCC countries, Europe, the United States, and other worldwide destinations, we offer a size exchange when available. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item and receiving the new size.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and with the nylon protection intact if provided.
