For Lebanon, Ivory Coast, and the United Arab Emirates, we offer a hassle-free size exchange service. We will send you the correct size and collect the original item at the same time, so you do not need to wait for the original piece to be resized and returned.
Bralux covers the replacement itself. The customer is responsible only for the applicable shipping and delivery fees.
For international orders, including GCC countries, Europe, the United States, and other worldwide destinations, we offer a size exchange when available. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item and receiving the new size.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and with the nylon protection intact if provided.
