Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, discoloration of beads and leather, or broken and ripped necklaces. We offer low cost repairs on broken necklaces, please contact our customer service team to learn more. The customer is still responsible for all shipping costs.

Yes all products accept resizing, but some of need to picked up, resized and then send to the customer 

all our products are handmade, therefore we don't have a stock to exchange the product, but we can resize it for Free and the customers only pays the Delivery Charge
