We take the responsibility of covering all maintenance fees, and we kindly request you to bear only the shipping expenses. Typically, the processing duration for this procedure spans between 5 to 10 days, contingent upon whether the item needs to be collected, serviced, and returned or completely replaced. Should the situation arise wherein the particular item is no longer part of our inventory, you retain the option to exchange it for another piece of equivalent value.
