Exchange Timeframe
Customers must contact us for exchanges within a maximum of 7 days.

Process & Costs

• Customers are responsible for sending the item to our Lebanon office.

• Exchange itself is free.

• A processing and handling fee of AED 37 ($9.99) applies to all international exchanges.

• Return delivery of the exchanged item costs AED 52 ($14).

Please note: These costs are set by the shipping company and are not related to Bralux.

Condition of Product
To facilitate an exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
